Confidentiality
The Mercy EAP/MAP will provide
limited information about an employee only if management makes a documented
job performance referral. This can happen only if you contact Mercy EAP/MAP and
advise them that you are making a referral.
After a management referral,
the EAP/MAP will disclose whether the employee kept his or her appointment,
whether a plan of action has been established, and whether the employee is
following the EAP/MAPs recommendations.
